    New Look

    2010 - 04.07

I decided to lighten things up for Spring. This theme is rather dreamy and that’s fit my mood lately.

If you liked the other one better, don’t worry, chances are pretty good it will show up again when my mood takes a turn for the dark side…

Be good and/or have fun.  :-)

    Count Down to Dragon!

    2010 - 02.18

I added a count down timer to the side bar, so I/we can watch TEARS OF THE DRAGON approach. Just over a month now. Yeah!

This book is really special and I can’t wait to share it with you.

    Release Date for Dragon!

    2009 - 12.15

I have good news, sort of. I finally have a release date for TEARS OF THE DRAGON! Unfortunately, the date is March 25th. *sigh*

I was hoping for something sooner, but at least we can start counting down. :-)

I can’t believe Christmas is next week! Where did December go?

    RomantiCon!

    2009 - 10.23

RomantiCon was a blast! My hubby and I drove all the way from Denver, so we took turns choosing the CDs. There wasn’t much to see until we reached Ohio. Lots of farmland and massive windmills. But Ohio was beautiful. We don’t have trees like these in Colorado.

Anyway, the conference was really busy, lots of people to meet and things to do. The workshops were lively and informative. The highlight for me was the Book Fair on Sunday afternoon. And of course the Cavemen… (That is not me in the middle, though she looks like she’s having fun! Some of the names are posted on Flicker too.)

    The Cavemen by Lady Jaided.

I was too busy enjoying myself to take pictures. Luckily for you others weren’t as self absorbed. There are some really nice shots on FLICKER.

    I’ll be at RomantiCon!

    2009 - 10.02

    Dates: October 9-11, 2009
Location: Quality Inn & Suites, 4742 Brecksville Road, Richfield, OH

There will be Author Mania sessions on Saturday. This is an opportunity for readers to chat with authors and have previously purchased books signed. Lots of EC and Cerridwen Press authors will be at this conference. Ellora’s Cavemen too! :-) Click HERE for a list of authors planning to attend.

The Book Fair is on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and it will be open to the public. I’ll be signing my latest print releases at this event as well.

    Hope to see you there!

    Dragon update

    2009 - 09.18

I’m one step closer to release with TEARS OF THE DRAGON!  Edits are complete and the manuscipt has been turned in to management. That means I should be getting a release date shortly!  Woo Hoo!

I’ll let you know more when I know more…

New Contract! Tears of the Dragon

    2009 - 08.12

I am thrilled to announce that TEARS OF THE DRAGON has been offically contracted by Cerridwen Press. I was almost as happy to hear that they had accepted the proposed title as I was to hear that they had accepted the manuscript. :-)  I haven’t had to change too many titles, but I really wanted this one. The title isn’t just tacked on. Tears of the Dragon is a theme that is woven through the entire story. I can’t wait to see what the art department does with the cover. I was so impressed with the Rebel Angel covers. I know this one will be just as spectacular!  Anyway, the first hurtle is cleared and Landy Rowena’s story is on its way…

I’ll keep you posted as other details become available.

    Scavenger Hunt begins July 31st

    2009 - 07.28

To celebrate their 3rd birthday, Two Lips Reviews is hosting a Scavenger Hunt!

Here’s how it works. Participating authors have hidden this icon somewhere on their site:

    Two Lips anniversary banner

This is what the icon looks like. This is NOT where it is hidden on my site.

You still need to find it.  :-)

Click HERE for a list of participating authors/vendors. Scroll down, the list is toward the bottom of the page.

There are quite a few, but you have from July 31st until August 31st to find all of the icons. Good luck!

Winners will be announced on September 7th. All prizes will be awarded. For a full list of prizes click HERE.

I donated a print copy of BORN OF THE SHADOWS, just in case you were wondering.  Have fun.
